Appointments

We ask that you schedule a doctor appointment by calling the office during regular hours. In order to facilitate scheduling, you will be asked the nature of your visit. This will allow us to allot ample time to meet your needs.

Please plan to arrive promptly. Maps and directions can be found in About Us. We are committed to making every effort to see our patients at the scheduled time. Occasionally there may be a wait as we will try to accommodate patients with urgent problems. In the event of a cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible.

Telephone Calls

Please call our office at any time during our regular office hours if you have a question or problem. Our staff will be able to advise you on many common problems. All requiring physician attention will be forwarded to the doctor and returned as soon as possible.

After-Hours Emergencies

After hours, one of our doctors will be available for emergencies. Call our regular office number, or our answering service number (888) 251-9751 and give the answering service your name, telephone number, and reason for your call. They will contact the physician, who will then return your call.

Fees

In order to keep down the cost of your medical care by eliminating billing costs, payment is requested at the time of your visit. We accept payment by cash, check or credit card. You can also pay your bill online. We will submit insurance claims for insurances with which we participate.

Referrals

At times you may require the opinion or services of another medical specialist. In such cases, we will facilitate a referral and will maintain close contact with the specialist and with you. HMO referrals require a several day processing period.

Hospitalization

We are members of the medical staff of Penn Medicine Princeton Health and utilize the hospitalist service there. If you should require hospitalization, we will coordinate it with the hospitalist and resume your outpatient care after discharge.
